Pro Love is a faith-led, community-driven organization based in New Zealand, dedicated to walking alongside vulnerable whanau and their babies with compassion, dignity, and hope. We provide a haven with seven bedrooms and a wrap-around support system for pregnant women facing crises or unplanned pregnancies, helping them navigate this season of life with strength and support. Founded on a deep belief in the value of every mother and every child, Pro Love offers temporary housing, essential care services, and personalized mentoring to empower young mothers toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

Our Story

Pro Love started from a strong belief that love, not judgment, should lead the way, especially when women and their families are at their most vulnerable. It began with one woman saying yes to loving beyond comfort zone, opening her heart and hands to mothers in crisis, and walking alongside them unconditionally. That simple yes grew into a movement built on idea that every family deserves to be seen, heard, and supported, and that every baby is a gift, no matter the circumstances. It began with dropping diapers, listening to stories, and visiting hospital has grown into a trusted community network and a beacon of hope for mothers and whānau with nowhere else to turn. Through pregnancy, birth, hardship, and heartbreak, we stood beside families during some of their sacred and challenging moments. From this heart, Pro Love Haven was created a place of safety, rest, and belonging for women and babies.

It’s the nan bringing a warm meal when it’s needed most,

nana gently rocking a baby to sleep,

the one who shows up so no one walks alone,

the community that cooks, knits, sews, listens, and cares,

the voice on the other end of the phone when life feels overwhelming,

the mentor who sits with a mama through her hardest decisions.

We believe transformation happens through love and connection, that every story carries hope, and that by showing up for one life at a time, we can change generations. At Pro Love we exist to bring hope, healing, and home to those who feel unseen or overwhelmed, and to remind every person they are never alone.
