What We Do
Pro Love provides baby and toddler essential items to support mums, dads and caregivers in need.

Our heart is to show love in the most tangible way. Our Love Boxes provide essentials for babies/toddlers (check out our gallery​) and we offer services that cater to your needs.
We don't just provide a love box, we can walk you through this journey of pregnancy and life together hand in hand with love if this is what you desire.

We love with no judgement and sow hope into all situations no matter what. No mother, caregiver or parent should ever have to do life alone, community is what we create.

HER PRO LOVE STORY
Melissa Dobbs
Melissa is maori/European. She is married and has 8 beautiful children and their very first grandchild, which is born on her birthday. She has been involved with kids ministry and leadership for more than 10 years and brings a wealth of experience with her. She loves health and wellness and loves to share her knowledge with all that she meets.

Melissa began PRO LOVE in July 2020 from a whisper in her heart, she heard the cries, she felt the hurt, pain and the loss of hopelessness around her.
​
Melissa says, ‘I have lived in Manurewa all my life and I absolutely love New Zealand. I could see women and families losing hope all around me, so I followed my heart and stepped out in faith.
​
Pro Love is unique, and our uniqueness is tangible love.
​
We want to show people we genuinely care by being love in the most tangible way and that is to put love in action, not only for those who are here now, but for our future generations!
​
We now have over 30 volunteers in our team who are based all over New Zealand spreading the love and sowing seeds of hope and excitement of becoming parents and empowering whanau to be the best version of themselves.
​
PRO LOVE is Nationwide and is extending suburb by suburb city by city. Our desire and dream are that PRO LOVE would one day become international, going beyond New Zealand. A ripple effect of love.
​
We welcome all who have a heart for the babies and whanau, come and share the love (aroha) in your community and become part of a family, PRO LOVE.

We live in a world where pregnant mothers are not valued and can be forgotten, or babies are not cherished. They are our future generations, our leaders, our teachers, our doctors.

If we can change the world by showing a whole lot of love then we will!
